On Campus Housing Guarantee
On campus housing is guaranteed for first and second year students. Students who complete the housing application by the stated deadlines are able to choose their own space for the upcoming academic year. Students who are still under the residency requirement and do not select a space will be assigned one by Housing and Residence Life.
Housing Selection Timeline
- First Year Students (Incoming): Housing Selection takes place in May.
- Second Year Students (Rising Second Year): Housing Selection takes place early in the spring semester. Learn more about the Rising Second Year Selection Process.
- Upper Division Students: Housing Selection takes place in November.
Upper Division Housing
Housing for students that have met the live on requirement is not guaranteed. A limited number of spaces will be available each year. Learn more about Upper Division Housing. When all spaces have been filled, Housing and Residence Life will maintain a waitlist.
