Overview

Our office provides services designed to support the academic community of students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Areas of responsibility include registration, graduation requirements, transcripts, verifications, and veterans services.

These and additional services are conducted in an environment grounded in the mission of Gonzaga University.

Enrollment and Degree Verification

GU is contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to verify enrollment for deferment of FFELP loans.

Duplicate Diploma Request

We know that duplicate diplomas are ordered for a variety of reasons, and we are happy to assist you.

Non-Degree-Seeking Student Registration

We offer many opportunities for non-degree-seeking students (students who have not been formally admitted into the university).
