Duplicate Diploma Request

We know that duplicate diplomas are ordered for a variety of reasons and we are are happy to assist you.

Please review the stipulations and circumstances for receiving a duplicate diploma:

• The duplicate diploma must be ordered by the graduate.
• The duplicate diploma or certificate will contain the names of the current officers of the University.
• If ordering a duplicate diploma under a different name, a Change of Name form will need to be submitted along with clear copies of a government issued picture ID and Social Security Card with the correct name.
• There is a $30 fee, to be paid at the time of order, for a duplicate diploma.
• There will be a waiting period of approximately four weeks before the duplicate diploma will be delivered.

Diploma sizes:

• Undergraduate & Graduate: 8” x 10”
• Doctoral: 11” x 14”
