Housing Options
Traditional Style
These communities are designed with bedrooms located on either side of a central corridor and a community bathroom that serves the floor. Traditional residence halls tend to be more popular with 1st year residents.
These communities are designed with two or three bedrooms that share an adjacent bathroom. In most cases, the suites are accessible from an interior common space. Suite style halls tend to be popular with 2nd year residents, so availability for 1st year residents is limited.
These communities are designed with two or three bedrooms that share an adjacent bathroom and include amenities such as a kitchen with fridge and stove. Apartment style halls are only available to upper division students.
Gonzaga owns and manages 2 apartment complexes and several houses located within the Logan Neighborhood adjacent to campus. Off-campus housing is only available for upper division students.
