"Each psychology class that I took from then onwards instilled greater confidence that I had chosen the right major."

When I first came to Gonzaga, I was uncertain about which degree I wanted to pursue. Then I took Psychology 101 with Dr. Bartlett. That’s when I decided to major in psychology. Everything about the class made me eager to learn more: the teacher, the subject matter, and the career choices. Each psychology class that I took from then onwards instilled greater confidence that I had chosen the right major. I am currently in my second semester at the University of Nevada, Reno earning my Master’s in Counseling for Marriage and Family Therapy. My psychology degree has proven extremely helpful in getting into graduate school and navigating my current graduate studies. I am forever grateful for the education, experiences, and friends I gained over my four years at Gonzaga. Go Zags!
