Monica Bartlett Classroom

In our program, you will critically examine human behavior and the science behind it while gaining a deep understanding of the human experience and learning to connect that knowledge to life and the complex issues in today’s world.

Students can earn a major, a minor or a major with a research concentration. Our program provides a strong foundation in the field, while allowing you to customize your studies to best fit your interests and goals. Research is a significant aspect of our department, and you will have many opportunities to participate in faculty research or conduct your own research project. Gonzaga psychology students have a strong record of presenting research and receiving awards for their work at major national conferences.

Through rigorous coursework, thoughtful discussion, and scientific inquiry, we will help you think critically, grow personally, and become inspired to use your psychology education to serve the greater good.

I'm not sure I would have applied to law school without my background in Psychology. I cherish the Jesuit education that I received at Gonzaga and I truly believe that it's what makes the school so special.
