College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Council

The College of Arts & Sciences’ Advisory Council supports our mission of providing learning experiences that transform students, faculty, and staff and of developing women and men for others, ready to face the intellectual, vocational, and spiritual challenges of today and tomorrow.

The purpose of the Advisory Council is to assist the Dean of the College in accomplishing the College’s work to be a national leader providing education in the arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Sciences, and fostering closer ties between the College and its constituents. The overall goal is to serve as an Advisory group to the Dean on matters related to strategic planning, goal setting, industry relations, job placement, and external funding.
