Thank you for your interest in meeting with Gonzaga University President, Dr. Thayne McCulloh. The President is honored to be invited to events and meetings and attempts to attend as many meetings and events as his schedule allows.
To request the President's time, please fill out an Event or Meeting Request form. These requests are reviewed with the President and, depending on the topic of the meeting or scheduling conflicts, you may be referred to another appropriate university official so that your request is dealt with in a timely and respectful manner. Responses to your requests are provided as soon as possible; we appreciate your patience in this regard.
To assist us in serving your needs, please complete the appropriate form. Please submit a separate request for each meeting or event.
Upon acceptance of your event request, you will be asked to complete a briefing memo, which must be completed 10 days prior to the event.
