The Ministry Institute participants share a common meal regularly and have opportunities for prayer, worship and social activities together. The formation program sponsors conferences and workshops to augment University classes. Possibilities abound for training and experience: hospice and grieving ministries, retreat work and spiritual direction, parish, and other ministries.
Opportunities for spiritual direction, leadership formation, prayer experiences, and common worship are provided. In a community atmosphere of mutual care and challenge, ministerial identity can grow, personal spirituality deepens, skills develop, all founded on solid theology.
