What is Zag Fest?
Taking place on Friday, August 22nd from 10am-2pm during New Student Orientation, ZagFest is designed to introduce new students to all that Spokane has to offer! ZagFest is an annual event hosted by Gonzaga University which exists to welcome new students and their families to the university and broader Spokane community. This resource fair connects students and family members to campus departments, local community partners, and businesses in Spokane that directly serve and empower students to create a sense of belonging within the university and Spokane community. Invited organizations must align with Gonzaga's missional commitment to the dignity of the human person, diversity, and social justice.
Space reservations are now available
To reserve space please email adoffice@gonzaga.edu and one of our student sales execs will contact you with details and a contract. Save $100 by signing by the Early Bird Deadline of July, 1 2026. Final space deadline is July 31, 2026.
The Attendees
Gonzaga University expects to have over 1200 new students joining us in the Fall of 2025. Over 80% of incoming Gonzaga students are from more than 250 miles outside of Spokane. The vast majority of these students need information about Spokane businesses and the community as a whole.
Successful ZagFest Vendor Participants will consider:
- Creating an interactive booth
- Providing samples of their product
- Distributing coupons for future sales
- Hosting a raffle or product giveaway

- Receive Exhibition Approval
- Pay and sign space contract with student sales exec
- Follow us on Instagram and Twitter (@Zagfirstyear) for updates on orientation throughout the summer
- Complete the application and make payment by July 31, 2026
