Come join local Spokane businesses and Gonzaga University Offices who want to welcome you to town. Connect with and learn more about what your new community has to offer. Lots of freebies, music and more!

What is Zag Fest?

Taking place on Friday, August 25th from 10am-2pm during New Student Orientation, ZagFest is designed to introduce new students to all that Spokane has to offer! At ZagFest, business and non-profits can market and make connections with their newest potential customers. This is a great opportunity to share resources and to be a part of the Gonzaga University campus and community.

Space reservations are now available

To reserve space please email adoffice@gonzaga.edu and one of our student sales execs will contact you with details and a contract. Save $100 by signing by the Early Bird Deadline of June 30, 2023. Final space deadline is July 28, 2023.

The Attendees

Gonzaga University expects to have over 1300 new students joining us in the Fall of 2023. Over 80% of incoming Gonzaga students are from more than 250 miles outside of Spokane. The vast majority of these students needed information about Spokane businesses and the community as a whole.

Successful ZagFest Vendor Participants will consider:

  • Creating an interactive booth
  • Providing samples of their product
  • Distributing coupons for future sales
  • Hosting a raffle or product giveaway

ZagFest Application Form and Rules

  1. Read the ZagFest Exhibit Prices and Policies and fill out the Interest form application by clicking the button below.

  2. Receive Exhibition Approval
  3. Pay and sign space contract with student sales exec. 
  4. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter (@Zagfirstyear) for updates on orientation throughout the summer
  5. Complete the application and make payment by July 28, 2023
