The following items have due dates that will be updated in May 2023

Due: August 11, 2022

All students are required to complete the New Student Health Clearance process in the secure online portal before starting classes. The Health Clearance includes a mandatory immunization requirement, submission of insurance information, and the completion of various online health forms. New students will receive an e-mail with additional instructions. For more information on Health & Counseling or the required New Student Health Clearance process, please visit gonzaga.edu/healthandcounseling.

 

Due: August 19, 2022


All incoming students must complete the online course covering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Students received an invitation to complete the course in your Zagmail.

 

Due: August 26th

As a Jesuit, humanistic university, Gonzaga is committed to an environment free from hazing. This training includes information on hazing awareness, prevention, intervention, and Gonzaga's policy on hazing.  All GU students & employees are required to complete this 20-minute course.

CLICK HERE to log in with your GU credentials (Gonzaga email and password) and begin the training.  This training must be completed by your arrival to campus on August 26th.

If you have any issues with sign-in or accessing the courses, visit the Support Portal at portalhelp.ue.org Or click any Support Portal link on the site. You may also Test Your Configuration to ensure your computer meets all System Requirements.

  • Visit zagweb.gonzaga.edu
  • Click on Enter Secure Area, and enter your new Gonzaga ID six-digit PIN number
  • Click Personal Information
  • Choose Update Emergency Contacts, and update the information as necessary.
Emergency contact information should be added by August 11, 2022.

Visit gonzaga.edu/zagcard to read about the features of your ZAGCARD. Click on the Submit Your Photo tab to view the photo requirements and upload instructions.

All incoming students must submit a final, official transcript from the institution previously attended. Your final transcript must arrive by August 12, 2020 in order to ensure your fall enrollment at Gonzaga.

Parking permits can be purchased online at gonzaga.edu/permits. You will need your vehicle license plate and Gonzaga ID number. If you do not know your student ID # you may contact the Registrar's office 509-313-6592. Print out a copy of your receipt and bring it with you to the Security Office at Huetter Mansion to pick up your permit.
