Part of the Finance division, Auxiliary Enterprises are service organizations that support the efforts of the students, faculty and staff to achieve the mission of the University and enhance the student experience. Additionally, we serve the general public and off-campus organizations through the Zag Shop bookstore (operated by Follett), event catering, conference hosting and retail dining at the Hemmingson Center.

Mail Services has provided complete mailing services to the Gonzaga community and local neighborhood for over four decades. We take pride in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processing all incoming and outgoing mail daily, allowing us to expedite delivery to students, faculty, and staff. We serve the community with exceptional customer service and are always available to assist with their mail needs. Mail Services is an essential communication between students and home!
The Auxiliary Enterprises Systems Team manages systems utilized within AE and across campus, including EMS, Zagtivities, and Transact. Our purpose is to create and maintain efficient systems processes, while always keeping the end-user experience in mind. We collaborate with faculty, staff, and students across campus to ensure the effectiveness with which their needs are being met, and are always open to feedback to improve processes.
US Bank’s goal is to provide complete financial services and community engagement experiences to Gonzaga community members. We serve customers with everyday banking needs including deposits, withdraws, account opening, and more. However, our focus is to cater to your future financial goals with assistance from our Wealth, Business, and Mortgage partners.
ZAGCARD Services manages the Gonzaga ID card, officially known as the ZAGCARD, and the Bulldog Bucks Program. Together they are the lifeline to accessing amenities on and off-campus. In addition, our office directly collaborates with many departments across campus and local businesses in our community to provide the best experience possible for all our Gonzaga community cardholders.
ZagDining is committed to delivering excellent customer service within a safe, diverse and sustainable culture. We strive for continuous innovation and respectful stewardship of our global resources to ensure a better quality of life in our community. As a Student and Employee Centric Department at Gonzaga University, Zag Dining remains committed to providing an educational and enriching platform in which those who we serve will flourish. In partnership with Kiwibot, we launched Gonzaga's first on-campus robot delivery system in September 2021.
The Zag Shop serves as the campus store for Gonzaga, a role that goes far beyond just textbooks. As a business partner, we are always seeking new ways to enhance student education and promote the mission, brand, and image of Gonzaga University. In addition, we collaborate with the whole campus to make it easier for students to learn, faculty to teach, and fans to celebrate.
