Gonzaga Owned Off-Campus Rental Housing Applications will be available on ZagLiving October 1 for the next available rental term.

The availability of rentals will vary, as we offer current residents an opportunity in October to renew their rental agreements for another term, before we rent to other interested students. Please be aware our Gonzaga Owned Off-Campus properties are home to less than 100 students and often fill quickly. Gonzaga Owned rental information can be found here. Gonzaga Owned Off-Campus Room Selection Timeline
- Applications open on ZagLiving on October 1.
- Current renters have the option to renew their leases for another term.
- Applications are due on ZagLiving on October 13, 2023 by 11:59pm.
- Timeslots are sent to students who have completed their applications by the deadline on October 17, 2023.
- Room Selection will be held October 18, 2023.

Roommate Groups
Roommate groups can be formed during the application process. Students who want to live with one another will all have to complete housing applications and form a roommate group in order to select a space that accommodates more than one student. The size of the group must match the rooms available in the rental property. All students must be upper division and enrolled as Gonzaga students for the term they wish to live in a rental.
Time Slots
Time slots will only be assigned to students who are new to Gonzaga Owned rentals. Time slots will only be assigned to students who complete the housing application by the deadline given.
Other Housing Options for Upper Division Students
If a student is not successful at securing a Gonzaga Owned off-campus rental, they can also apply for On-Campus Upper Division housing in ZagLiving and participate in that room selection process which will be held in November. On-Campus upper division housing applications are due October 31.
The Housing Office also manages a virtual bulletin board to advertise off-campus rentals offered by private landlords. The site is found here: Gonzaga Off Campus. There are often listings advertised here by other students, too, who are seeking a sublessor while they are studying abroad.
