Career & Professional Development is dedicated to helping you recruit the talent your organization needs to be successful. We provide a variety of strategies and services to help you connect with talented students and alumni. Our staff is available to consult with you on developing the recruitment strategy that will get the best results.

Get Started with ZagsIgnite

As a service to both our students and their potential employers we use an online recruiting and job posting system called ZagsIgnite. With ZagsIgnite, you'll be able to:

• Post your jobs targeted to Gonzaga students and alumni for free!
• Schedule on-campus interviews and information sessions.
• Register for CPD's annual career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Log in to ZagsIgnite and complete your employer profile with as much information as possible; more information will generate greater student interest.

Recruiting Options

Career & Professional Development offers several opportunities to connect with students. Please be sure to review our Employer & Recruiter Policy to understand required procedures and regulations about recruiting at Gonzaga University.

• Conduct On-Campus Interviews
  Schedule through ZagsIgnite or contact Career & Professional Development at (509) 313-4234.
• Attend a Career Fair
  View our annual schedule of events and register through ZagsIgnite.
• Participate in Speed Mock Interviews
  Career & Professional Development regularly hosts mock interview events for students to polish their interviewing skills, and invites organizations to help provide feedback and network with students. Register through ZagsIgnite.
• Participate in a Trek
  Treks offer opportunities for students to network and visit organizations in key cities. View locations and reach out to Erin Shields, Director of Alumni & Employer Engagement, if you have interest in participating.
• Coordinate an Info Session
  An information session provides an overview of your organization at a selected time. Refreshments are welcome, and on-campus food service options are available through Sodexo. Call Career & Professional Development at (509) 313-4234 to schedule.
• Host an Info Table
  Tabling provides an opportunity to share information about your organization with students within the Hemmingson University Center. Coordinate through the Gonzaga University Event Services Team (GUEST) by calling (509) 313-6942.

Internships

We believe as you invest in the training of Gonzaga students, they will become stronger and more vital citizens who will be difference makers in our world. Inside and outside of the classroom, the Gonzaga education is designed to encourage inquiry and engagement in a tradition of rich humanistic and interdisciplinary studies.
