Study Abroad & Gonzaga in Florence 101 Info Sessions - Center for Global Engagement Suite, Hemmingson Center

Come to an Info Session to learn about Gonzaga's offered programs as well as our flagship program in Florence! Sign up online and enter through the CGE Suite first floor entrance.

  • Students must attend a 101 Session before they can meet with a Study Abroad Advisor
  • Study Abroad 101s are Mondays at 4:00PM and alternating Wednesdays at noon.

Gonzaga in Paris: History and Fashion, Summer II 2026

Through the study of world and fashion history, explore Paris as a global, history city and what everyone was wearing when it happened. How did the economic policies of Louis XIV affect the fashions in the streets of Paris? Why was the first planned public square in Europe a major moment for shoes? How does fabric become wrapped up in colonization? How do the French use their history to build national identity - and where do their colonies fit in?

Gonzaga in London: Spirituality & the Arts of England, Summer I 2026 - Thursday, October 30, 3:00PM - Dance Annex

In this four week Summer study abroad program, students will take two core courses examining the interrelated art, performance and spirituality of England, and deepen their classroom understanding with weekly excursions to medieval Cathedral towns like Canterbury or Salisbury, great universities like Cambridge or Oxford, and world class museums like the National Gallery and the Tate Britain.

Gonzaga in London: Literary London, Summer I 2026 - Friday, October 31, 12:15PM - Hemmingson 308

Spend a month learning and living in London, England. Study British literature and culture and fulfill Gonzaga Core, elective, and/or English major/minor requirements. Literary London is open to all students, regardless of major. 

Gonzaga in Florence - Trento: Sustainability & Community in the Italian Alps, Summer I 2026 - Monday, November 10, 12:00PM-1:00PM - Hemmingson 306

GIF Trento offers an experiential learning program based in Trento, Italy - a vibrant, prosperous, and stunningly beautiful city located in the Italian Alps. Its rich history, natural beauty, and progressive social policies make it the "livable" Italian city and tourist destination.
