Director of Institutional Assessment Systems

Dr. Klein has primary responsibility for supporting the work of individuals responsible for preparing documentation for the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) reporting and preparing for on-site visits by NWCCU representatives. In addition, she assists users in documenting plans, assessments, and accreditation evidence in the University’s technological assessment management systems. This includes designing and facilitating institutional educational opportunities, providing technical assistance, and serving as system administrator for various assessment software systems. Jenn is the administrator of Qualtrics and Nuventive for Gonzaga University.

Associate Director, Student Experience Research and Assessment

The Associate Director leads and coordinates student outcomes assessment of co-curricular learning experiences. She is responsible for coordinating the program review process within student affairs as well as providing consultation, training, and assistance to staff with assessment design and action research. This includes implementing assessment activities to comply with current Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) accreditation requirements.
