Replacement ZAGCARD Summer Hours
Please note: Replacement ZAGCARD requests will be processed Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm. Requests received outside of regular business hours will be processed the following business day. If you lose your card and need help accessing a door outside of those hours, you can call Campus Security (509.313.2222) or the RD of your dorm if you are trying to access your on campus housing.

The first step to replacing your lost or broken ZAGCARD is to pay the $30.00 replacement fee online.
Faculty/Staff: Please check your card status in Zagweb/ZAGCARD tile before submitting a request.
Know your delivery options:
- Ready for pickup in person: This option is for all students who are attending classes on campus and anyone who is on campus regularly. We will send you a notification when your replacement is ready to be picked up.
- Mailing address on file with the university: This option is for people who are living outside of the Spokane surrounding area. Make sure you are aware of what address you have on file with the university before you select this option. If you are living in Spokane but your mailing address on file is your home state, your card would be mailed there. Also we have no control over how fast the US Post Office delivers mail so if you need your card within a couple of days, it may serve you better to choose the ready for pickup option. Please note: your mailing address is not your campus mailbox.
