Chosen Name on the ZAGCARD

Students, faculty and staff who have updated their account with a chosen name will have it displayed on their ZAGCARD.

• Front of card = chosen first name + legal last name
• Back of card = legal first name + legal middle initial + legal last name

For those who have not elected to use a chosen name, the front of the card will default to their legal first name + legal middle initial+ legal last name.

Updating your chosen name in Zagweb

• Log into Zagweb and enter your secure credentials
• Click on the “Personal Information” tab
• Click on the NEW “Personal Profile” box
• Click the edit button (on the right hand side) on the “Personal Information’ block
• Enter your chosen name in the Preferred Name textbox
• Click Update
