Although you can choose to major in any subject area and follow general recommendations for pre-requisite coursework, individual schools can dictate their own specific academic requirements as part of their admission policies. It is very challenging to meet the admission requirements for all schools. However, as you begin to generate the list of schools to which you plan to apply, be sure to check the pre-requisite requirements and work with your academic advisor if you have questions about course selection.

These guides include not only course requirements but also provide information about the school, special programs, deadlines, acceptance data, and more. Most are free to access but some do require a subscription.
