Education and Training

Research shows that university sponsored and facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives play a substantial and meaningful role in reducing bias, prejudice, chilly climates and stimulates robust dialogue across different identities and lived experiences, as well as improves the overall learning environment for all students (Hurtado et al, 2003; Milem, 2003; Chang et al, 2004).
