At the start of each semester, students may have a credit balance on their account due to excess financial aid. If this happens, the refund is sent to the student, except for Parent PLUS loans, which are sent to the parent unless otherwise specified by the parent borrower. For questions, contact the Office of Student Financial Services at 509-313-6812.
Refunds occur when the University owes money to the student. Be aware that changes in class schedules or financial aid eligibility might require repayment of the refund. Regularly check your Zagweb account to see if you owe a balance.
