Fall Semester 2025 Payment Options – Online Graduate Students

To ensure your account is settled and you’re ready for the Fall 2025 semester, please choose one of the following payment options by August 5, 2025. Don’t miss the payment arrangement deadline!


1. Financial Aid:

If your financial aid will cover your full tuition balance for the Fall semester, you’ll need to submit the Financial Aid Form by August 5, 2025:

Submitting this form confirms you have reviewed your fall semester charges for accuracy, settles your fall account and helps us determine how any financial aid refunds will be handled.

Pro Tip: Please review your billing statement carefully before submitting the form.

Note: Only students have access to submit this form, so you will need to login using your Gonzaga Network account. 


2. Payment in Full:

Planning to pay your tuition in full for Fall 2025? Make sure your payment is processed by August 5, 2025.

To pay online, log into your Zagweb account, click on the “Student Accounts” tile, then navigate to “Transact Payments” to make your payment. It’s simple and secure!

Reminder: Credit and debit card payments include a service fee (2.95% for domestic cards, 4.25% for international cards). If you want to avoid the fee, you can opt for an eCheck payment (no service fee) just use your checking or savings routing/account number. 


3. Installment Payment Plan:

Need more flexibility with your payments? If you don’t have an outstanding balance from previous semesters, you can split your full Fall balance into 4 equal payments due on:

  • August 5, 2025
  • September 10, 2025
  • October 10, 2025
  • November 10, 2025

To enroll, simply log into Transact Payments after the Fall billing statements are posted in July 2025. You’ll receive an email notification when your statement is ready to view. There’s a $50 enrollment fee in addition to your first payment due in August.

You can set up automatic payments for added convenience.

As an Online Graduate student, it’s crucial that you complete one of these payment arrangements by August 5, 2025, to avoid losing access to your online courses in Canvas.

Make sure your payment arrangement is settled before the deadline!
