Save yourself time by paying online!
The first step to replacing your lost or broken ZAGCARD is to pay the $30.00 replacement fee. We now give you the option to have your ZAGCARD mailed to you. This is our preferred & safest method at this time due to COVID19. If you have to come and pick up your new ZAGCARD, you must pay for the ZAGCARD replacement online first. Once we process the card, we will email you when it is ready for pickup. You will need to follow any instructions outside the door of Student Financial Services, adhere to social distancing and a mask is required at all times (worn appropriately).
Faculty/Staff: Please review the Faculty and Staff Information page before paying the replacement fee.
Know your delivery options:
- Ready for pickup in person: This option is best if you need your card right away. We will send you a notification when your replacement is processed and ready to be picked up. If you are living on campus and rely on door access everyday, this may be your best option.
- MSC Box: This option is best for someone who does not need their card the same day it is processed and prefer to maintain social distance. This is may be a great option for students living off campus that don't need door access everyday.
- Mailing address on file with the university: This is another good option for someone who doesn't need daily door access and wants to maintain social distance. Make sure you are aware of what address you have on file with the university before you select this option. If you are living in Spokane but your mailing address on file is your home state, your card would be mailed there.
