Students entering Gonzaga in Fall 2024
- Early April: The Academic Interest Survey (AIS) is available for all incoming freshmen who have paid their confirmation deposit. Student can access the AIS after viewing and completing the questions in the video.
- June 9: Last day to complete the AIS. We are not able to schedule you for courses without this survey.
- June 16, or within a week of submitting AIS: Complete any placement assessments sent to you after you completed the AIS. We cannot register you for your first-semester classes without these assessments. If you do not receive an email asking you to complete a mathematics or second/foreign language placement assessment, we do not need one from you for the fall semester.
- By August 8: Schedules for all incoming first semester freshmen will be ready to view on Zagweb.
- August 26: Academic Convocation, School Meetings and Faculty Advisor Meetings (you will get details about these meetings when you arrive in the fall)
- August 26: Monday only classes begin
- Monday, September 2: Labor Day Holiday, no classes
- Wednesday, September 4: Last day to add a class
- Friday, September 6: Last day to drop a class
