The President's Cabinet provides strategic leadership for Gonzaga University, working collaboratively to advance the institution's Jesuit, Catholic, and humanistic mission. Cabinet members help shape university-wide priorities, steward resources, and guide decisions that support academic excellence, student success, and the common good. Through partnership across divisions, the Cabinet helps ensure that Gonzaga's values and strategic goals are reflected in the University's programs, operations, and long-term vision.

Dr. Passerini was appointed President in July 2025 following a nationwide search. Prior to her selection as President, Dr. Passerini was Provost and Senior Executive Vice President, and Interim President of Seton Hall University. Her previous experience includes serving as Dean and Professor at St. John’s University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Dr. Passerini holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Rome II, an M.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Political Science from LUISS University-Rome.
