Organizational Development

At Gonzaga, we care for both the individual person (cura personalis) and the work (cura apostolica). That’s why our Organizational Development (OD) services focus on both the individual and the organization to help achieve its mission in increasingly effective ways.

What is Organizational Development

Organizational Development is an effort to improve organizational performance.
