Financial aid staff and counselors are also available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm.

We know it’s frustrating to send off an email and left to wonder if the message was ever received. That’s why our staff makes every effort to respond to all questions quickly, generally within one business day.

Service Standards

We are proud to offer a high level of customer service - we have a well-trained, experienced staff that is eager to help. We believe money should never come between a qualified student and a Gonzaga education. Honoring this philosophy, we do everything in our power to help you pay for your education.

Certain times of the year are very busy for our office and may delay our response time, but trust that we’re working to resolve your issue. To provide peace of mind, we will always email you to confirm we have received your documents. Feel free to follow up with our office if you haven’t received a response after a couple of business days.  Repeated methods of communication including incessant calling, multiple voicemail, or emails tend to confuse our system and delay response times for everyone.

It is always our goal to make financial aid as easy and seamless as possible. That being said, sometimes financial aid issues can often become protracted as we assess, collate, and reconcile data received. More complex matters such as appeals are rarely a one-and-done processes, but rather often require continued conversation between our office and your family as we gather additional documentation and forms that are required.

We look forward to working with you and your family!
