If a student is found responsible for violating University Policy, the University will determine appropriate outcomes based on a variety of factors. These may include the nature and severity of the violation, the circumstances surrounding the incident, any prior conduct history, the impact of the misconduct on individuals or the campus community, and outcomes assigned in similar cases.
Note: Conduct Officers use this as a guide; however, they make unique decisions for each case based on the facts and circumstances of the particular case as described above.
