History of Lavender Mass
Previously called the Mass of Compassion, Lavender Mass is scheduled each year around National Coming Out Day (October 11th). Working with Mission and Ministry, our Jesuit community, and faith leaders across campus, this service is an opportunity to connect the LGBTQ+ community to their faith. Our community has often been harmed or intentionally left behind in spiritual conversations.
