Nicholas Whittington

Nich began his leadership obsession at the age of eight when he first picked up the book The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You. Since then, he has committed to reading one leadership book per month for well over 20 years and has worked nearly his entire career in the Learning and Leadership Development space.

An active community organizer and former state teacher of the year, Nich partners with politicians and non-profit organizations in the southeastern United States to increase equity in k-12 public school systems for LGBTQ+ students and students of color. Currently, his research explores the relationship between virtual instruction and leadership development where he is attempting to create a developmental model of virtual management competencies.
