How to View Your Summer Bill in Transact Payments

Students:

1. Log in to Student Transact Portal

2. Click ‘Statements’ to view the bill

Authorized Payers:

1. Log in to Authorized Payer Transact Portal

2. Click ‘Statements’ to view the bill

Use the ‘Activity Details’ section to view an itemized account summary.

All students MUST view their bill for accuracy and then settle their student account by completing one of the following options:

  1. Payment in Full:

    Submit full payment by May 18, 2026, either through Transact Payments or by mailing your payment.
    • If you are sending a payment from a 529 account or if a third party will be paying your balance, students, please complete this form by May 18: https://my.gonzaga.edu/settleyouraccount
    • Please visit our "Billing and Payment" page for more information.

  2. Financial Aid:

    If your financial aid will cover your entire summer balance, students, please complete this form by May 18: https://my.gonzaga.edu/settleyouraccount

  3. Payment Plan:

    Eligible students may split the balance into three equal payments due May 18, June 10, and July 10.

    • Enroll online via Transact Payments
    • A $50 enrollment fee is due with your first payment
    • Optional auto-pay setup available

    Once you are logged into your Transact Payments account, click on the link for "Payment Plans" followed by "View Payment Plan Options" to select the summer 2026 payment plan option. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment.
