Council of Deans

Gonzaga's academic deans are the chief academic officers of their respective schools, units, and programs. They bring expertise and strategic vision to the unit they oversee. Reporting to the Provost, the Deans work with the President and the Cabinet to shape institutional priorities and connect teaching, research, and student formation to the University's broader strategic direction. They are an important link between academic excellence at the unit level and Gonzaga's Jesuit, Catholic, Humanistic logos and ethos.
