Steps for Getting an Institutional Job
Steps for Getting an Institutional Job

If you do not have Federal Work Study and would like to work on campus, follow steps 1-3.

1.  Visit the Student Employment Office to see which Institutional jobs are posted and read Gonzaga's Student Employment Manual.

2.  Talk with departments you are interested working in to see if they have any Institutional positions available. These positions are funded by the
departments themselves.

3.  Once the job has been offered to you, come to the Student Employment Office to fill out your hiring paperwork.  This includes a PAR form (Personnel Action Request), an I-9 form, and a W-4 form.  Please refer to pg. 4 of the I-9 Form to view acceptable documents that must be presented at the time you fill out your paperwork.
