Student Employee Evaluation Form

As is customary for most organizations, performance evaluations are given to facilitate communication between supervisors and employees regarding job performance issues. Especially in a work study program, performance evaluations are critical to job growth because they give students and supervisors an opportunity to communicate about areas of praise and concern.  As a result of performance evaluations, strategies can be implemented to foster improved job development.

Student Employment wants to encourage all work study supervisors to spend a few moments with their student employees and administer a Student Employee Evaluation Form. You may already have a performance evaluation document. But if you do not, we are providing you with a link to a performance evaluation document.

If you choose to complete an evaluation form on your student, please forward a copy to our office for review. Forms can be emailed to: draggoo@gonzaga.edu
