Welcome to the Gonzaga University Student Accounts Office

Our office is responsible for the preparation and distribution of billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board and other related fees. We process payments, set up payment plans, disburse financial aid and issue refunds. Effective communication with students and their families is an important part of the Student Accounts mission: We are dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and resources in a professional and individualized manner.

Important Dates & Deadlines

October 21, 2013 - Founder's Day Holiday: University Closed
October 22, 2013 - Payment Deadline for Session B- Fall Semester
October 25, 2013 - Last Day of Classes for A-Session Courses (8 week term)
October 25-27, 2013 - Fall Family Weekend
November 1, 2013 - Payment Deferral Deadline for Session B- Fall Semester
November 1, 2013 - Deadline to submit the 5-Month Payment Plan Application
November 15, 2013 - Last Day to Withdraw from a Course (W grade assigned)
November 27-29, 2013 - Thanksgiving Holiday: University Closed
December 1, 2013 - Payments begin for 5-Month Payment Plans (Spring Only)
December 2, 2013 - Deadline to submit the 4-Month Payment Plan Application
December 2, 2013 - Last Day to Completely Withdraw From the University
December 17-20, 2013 - Last Week of the Semester
December 23, 2013 - Christmas Holiday Begins
January 1, 2014- Payments begin for 4-Month Payment Plans (Spring Only)
January 2, 2014 - Spring Semester Payment Deadline
