Madonna Hall Renovation Timeline

Madonna Hall will remain open for student housing during the 2026-27 academic year. Bathroom renovations are scheduled to begin following the building closure in Spring 2027.

Important Dates and Information

  • Fall 2026: Students will move into Madonna Hall as scheduled.
  • Spring 2027 Building Closure: Madonna Hall will close on Saturday, May 8, 2027, at 10:00 a.m.
  • Spring 2027 Late Departures: Students approved for a late departure after the building closes will not be able to remain in their Madonna Hall room. Temporary housing accommodations will be provided for the approved extension period.
  • Summer 2027: Madonna Hall bathrooms will undergo renovation.
  • Fall 2027 Early Arrivals: Due to the renovation timeline and building preparation requirements, early arrival requests for Fall 2027 cannot be accommodated.
  • Fall 2027 Move-In: First-year student move-in is scheduled for Friday, August 27, 2027.
