CM Hall Renovation Timeline
Bathroom renovations will be completed in phases over two summers.
Important Dates and Information
- Summer 2026: Renovation of the southwest corner bathrooms will be completed.
- Fall 2026 to Spring 2027: CM Hall will remain open and available for student housing.
- Spring 2027 Building Closure: CM Hall will close on Saturday, May 8, 2027, at 10:00 a.m.
- Spring 2027 Late Departures: Students approved for a late departure after the building closes will not be able to remain in their CM Hall room. Temporary housing accommodations will be provided for the approved extension period.
- Summer 2027: Renovation of the remaining CM Hall bathrooms will be completed.
- Fall 2027 Early Arrivals: Due to the renovation timeline and building preparation requirements, early arrival requests for Fall 2027 cannot be accommodated.
- Fall 2027 Move-In: First-year student move-in is scheduled for Friday, August 27, 2027.
