The Elder Law Clinic has a demonstrated commitment to serving the legal needs of elders in the Spokane community. Supported by a grant from Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington, the Elder Law Clinic provides legal assistance to low and middle-income clients who are 60 years and older and live in Spokane County. We provide free legal assistance on a variety of matters from basic estate planning to public benefits to housing. This includes legal advice, direct representation and litigation.

This clinic provides law students with opportunities to gain quality experience assisting clients with their various legal issues. It is comprised of second- and third-year law student interns and experienced supervising attorneys.
