Yes. Scholars complete a paid, structured summer internship embedded within a McKinstry project team — typically the summer after junior year.
No. There is no guaranteed offer, but the program is designed as a preferred pathway toward full-time employment, including preferred employment selection in the senior year.
It's a multi-year relationship rather than a single summer — combining advising, mentorship, industry exposure, and a paid internship, with a clear connection to employment after graduation.
There is no cost to participate. The summer internship is paid.
