School of Education

Established in 1928, the Gonzaga University School of Education is home to 3 undergraduate majors, 16 graduate programs, and 1 doctoral program across 5 academic departments. Our graduates are highly successful, mission-oriented practitioners that encompass a vast professional spectrum. We are housed in the beautiful Rosauer Center for Education on the northeast corner of campus. Contact us today with any questions you have about programs or to schedule a visit.

This summer, the Rosauer Center experienced a dramatic renovation. Our central main floor was gutted to make way for a new Active Learning Center. The computer lab was blown open to make way for a dynamic, welcoming space that completely changes the entrance to the building. Additionally, all common hall spaces were painted bringing an element of energy and color to our previously dated scheme. The construction has made for a noisy, busy summer, but the reward is well worth it.

The School of Education is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and is recognized by the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Gonzaga University is also accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU).
