1. Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department.
2. Performs desktop publishing. Creating and developing visual presentations for retirement plans.
3. Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
4. Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
5. Sorts and distributes mail. Opens mail for the office. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
6. Answers phones for the office. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. Works in cooperation with other Assistants to cover phones.
7. Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures.
8. Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
9. Supports Market Data Analyst in maintenance of the department finances. Activities include: copying check requests & sending to Accounts Payable Travel reimbursement, documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance.

1. Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 2 to 3 years in college.
2. Possessions of strong organizational skills
3. Work requires an extensive knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language.

Currently Emma has different therapists that come to the house to work with her and she just had surgery for a "G" tube placement. Hours that need covering are Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30pm. Can be split between a couple of persons. |

Looking for a female who is patient, kind, loves children and feels confident in hooking up Emma's feeding tube, disconnecting, venting, etc. We are more than willing to show you how to handle Emma's "G" tube. Emma is not a very needy baby, she knows some sign language and can let you know what she wants most of the time. |
