 CASHNet Instructions for Students

 PLEASE NOTE:

Our move from QuikPay to CASHNet necessitates that any Authorized Payer needs to be reestablished.  Please see below.

 HOW DO STUDENTS AUTHORIZE A PAYER?

 Log on to http://zagweb.gonzaga.edu

 Enter Secure Area.

 Enter GU ID or SSN in User ID.

 Enter PIN.  (If you have forgotten your pin, please contact the Registrar’s office at 313-6592 or the     Student Accounts office at 313-6812).

 Click on Login.

 Select “Electronic Billing, Payment and Deposits.”

 Click on “Review billing statement”

 Click on “Add New” in the Parent PINS Box.

 The student will furnish the name, email address and create a password for the “Authorized payer” as well as reentering their own password to ensure security.

 Click “OK”

 HOW DO STUDENTS LOGIN TO CASHNet?

 Log on to http://zagweb.gonzaga.edu/.

 Enter Secure Area.

 Enter GU ID or SSN in User ID.

 Enter PIN.  (If you have forgotten your pin, please contact the Registrar’s office at 313-6592 or the Student Accounts office at 313-6812).

 Click on Login.

 You will be connected to Zagweb’s Main Menu screen.

 Select “Electronic Billing, Payment and Deposits.”

 HOW DO STUDENTS MAKE A PAYMENT ON CASHNet?

 Click “Make an electronic payment” at the bottom of the page.

 Click “Make Payment” at top of page.

 Click “Payment on Account”

 Enter amount of payment and click “Make Payment”

 Verify amount and click “Continue”

 Agree to proceed and click on “Continue Checkout”

 Select Method of Payment and click on “Continue Checkout”

 Complete your credit card information or checking/savings account information.  Do not add any spaces, dashes or punctuation marks.

 Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club and American Express.  A 2.75% service fee is added to the payment amount.  No service fee applies to an eCheck.

 Complete your address information.

 Click “Submit Payment”

 Enter GU ID or SSN in User ID.

 Enter PIN.  (If you have forgotten your pin, please contact the Registrar’s office at 313-6592 or the Student Accounts office at 313-6812).

 Click on Login.

 HOW DO STUDENTS RESET AN AUTHORIZED PAYER'S PASSWORD?

 Log on to http://zagweb.gonzaga.edu/.

 Enter Secure Area.

 Enter GU ID or SSN in User ID.

 Enter PIN.  (If you have forgotten your pin, please contact the Registrar’s office at 313-6592 or the Student Accounts office at 313-6812).

 Click on Login.

 Select “Electronic Billing, Payment and Deposits.”

 Click on “Review billing statement

 Look for Parent PINs window and click on “Edit”  next to the authorized payer you are resetting.

 Create new password.

 HOW DO STUDENTS VIEW A BILLING STATEMENT?

 Log on to http://zagweb.gonzaga.edu/.

 Enter Secure Area.

 Enter GU ID or SSN in User ID.

 Enter PIN.  (If you have forgotten your pin, please contact the Registrar’s office at 313-6592 or the Student Accounts office at 313-6812).

 Click on Login.

 Select “Electronic Billing, Payment and Deposits.”

 Click on “Review billing statement

 Look at box labeled “Your Bills”
