In order to complete your registration, please review the following and submit completed forms to our office on or before April 20.
Medical Release
This form is required for students under 18 years of age.
Once you have completed the online registration form, you can pay the $45 registration fee online or with a check made payable to Gonzaga University. If paying by check, please attach the Payment Form when submitting to the Office of Admission.
