Dear Gonzaga Undergraduate, Graduate and Law Students:
Last week, President McCulloh sent a message sharing our for all campus-based undergraduate, graduate, and law students to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to participate in in-person, campus-based programs and activities beginning Fall Semester 2021. We want to thank everyone who reached out with messages of support, as well as those who shared questions and important perspectives to consider.
I am pleased to announce that you can now upload your COVID-19 Vaccination status to Gonzaga’s Student Vaccination Portal, Medicat. We ask that you upload your documentation as soon as possible. If you are not yet fully vaccinated, please schedule an appointment now.
The process to upload your status is easy:
- Visit the Health and Counseling Services website.
- Click on the COVID-19 Student Vaccination Portal link or button.
- Enter your Gonzaga University login username and password.
- Follow the steps in the portal to indicate vaccination status and upload your documents.
Once in the portal, if you have questions or would like additional information about how to upload your COVID-19 vaccine status, please contact Compliance Services using the Messages tab in the portal or email complianceservices@medicat.com.
