Any animal is not permitted to run loose on campus or in any campus building and must be leashed and attended at all times. Dangerous animals or animals found unattended may be impounded and turned over to animal control authorities. A University official may determine that a particular animal’s presence on University property is disruptive and direct the owner to remove that animal.
