Support LGBTQIA+ Students at Gonzaga!

We need your support

As an alumnus of Gonzaga, you know first-hand the opportunities a GU education brings to our students. We aspire to create a university environment that is welcoming and accessible to all students, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation. About 20% of the current generation of college students identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. These students are particularly vulnerable to harassment especially when they set off to a new environment and explore their identities. 75% of LGBTQ youth report that they have experienced discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity at least once in their lifetime. We ask that our alumni jump in and engage with these students to let them know that it can get better.

How we are funded:

The Lincoln Center survives on a variety of funding lines including student fees, external grants, sponsorships and donations. We also need non monetary support such as mentorship, programming, and resources. Your time and space can be very valuable as we expand our programming for Zags.

Your support helps Gonzaga LGBTQ+ students access a unique Jesuit education in an affirming environment. Help us be a leader!
