Housing Cancellation Requests
Students who have reserved on-campus housing and fulfilled their residency requirement are expected to honor the terms of their Housing Agreement. Requests to cancel a housing assignment after reserving space are considered only in limited circumstances.
Students approved for release from their Housing Agreement may be subject to financial penalties as outlined in the terms of their agreement, which may include cancellation fees and, in some cases, responsibility for housing charges through the remainder of the agreement period.
Students are strongly encouraged to review the terms of their Housing Agreement carefully before selecting and reserving on-campus housing. Copies of the Housing Agreement are available upon request from the Housing Office.
