FBI Seattle Division

Special Agent Dave DiBartolo has spent over a decade investigating federal crimes in Eastern Washington from bank robberies and bomb threats to corruption and white collar crimes. He has a CPA license and Global Information Assurance Certifications for Security Essentials and Certified Incident Handler. He is currently based in the FBI Spokane Resident Agency and focuses on corruption, cyber crime, and white collar crime.

Jamie Hueners

Jamie Hueners is an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has over 11 years of experience working with public and private companies primarily in the Consumer Business industry. In addition to executing external financial statement audits, she also enjoys assisting companies in working through complex accounting and internal control issues, ranging from pre-IPO matters to new accounting standards and system implementations. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Gonzaga University and resides in Seattle. In her personal time, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, and Golden Retriever.

Chris Orndorff

Chris Orndorff, CFA, is Director at Valuations I/O, LLC (“VIO”).  For six years, Chris has partnered with public and private companies to provide services across an extensive variety of valuations.  Chris has a proven track record providing valuation services to companies operating in the life sciences, technology, media, and financial services industries and is adept in managing mark-to-market portfolio valuations.  He has served companies ranging from private early-stage start-ups to multi-billion-dollar publicly traded corporations, with projects ranging from employee stock compensation to large, multi-national business combinations.  Chris excels in collaborating with company management teams, their technical accounting advisors, and their external public auditors.

Chris’ engagement experience is broad and includes the valuation of equity securities, bundled debt instruments, derivatives, earnouts, and intangible assets.  His financial reporting valuation experience includes engagements pertaining to FASB Accounting Standards Codification Nos. 350, 360, 470, 718, 805, 815, 820, and 842.  Chris is also skilled in assisting clients with their valuation requirements related to tax planning and compliance, especially related to IRC 409A.

Kelli Franco is a tax partner in the Construction and Real Estate group at Moss Adams, LLP.  Kelli has been in public practice since 1993 and works out of the Spokane, Washington office.  She provides taxation and financial accounting services to a variety of clients in the construction industry.  She also consults on S corporation and LLC issues, structural tax planning, techniques to increase shareholder value, and succession planning. Her close, hands-on approach to client relationships enables her to effectively and creatively advise clients on a wide range of business matters.
