Dual Degree Programs

Our Graduate School of Business partners with Gonzaga’s School of Law to offer you the opportunity to simultaneously earn both a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration, Master of Accountancy, or Master of Science in Taxation degree in as little as three years. These dual graduate degree programs allow you to gain skills in both business and law to prepare you for careers in the rapidly changing business and legal environments.

Our dual degree programs include:

  • Master of Business Administration/Juris Doctor: The JD is a 90-credit degree, and the MBA is a 33-credit degree. Dual degree students can waive a combination of nine credit hours (for a total of 114 credits), but cannot waive more than six credits from either program.
  • Master of Accountancy/Juris Doctor: The MAcc program is a 31-credit program. Dual degree students can waive a combination of nine credits (for a total of 111 credits) but cannot waive more than six credits from either program.
  • Master of Science in Taxation/Juris Doctor: The MSTax program is a 31-credit program. Dual degree students can waive a combination of nine credits (for a total of 111 credits) but cannot waive more than six credits from either program.

To be admitted into a dual degree program, you must apply and be accepted to both the Graduate School of Business and the School of Law.
