The sense of community within the department, school, and University as a whole is what brought me to Gonzaga. It is evident that student’s come first at Gonzaga and that decisions are made at all levels based on their needs. The opportunity to work at a student-centered institution is not one that I could turn down. I hope to bring to the SOE a vibrant colleague who is able to grow the Kinesiology and Physical Education major, while preparing our students to achieve their professional ambitions. I plan to develop the Kinesiology Lab in order for it to be a place of service for both the Gonzaga and greater Spokane communities. The vision of the lab is to help individuals improve their overall health as well as enhance exercise performance.
